  1. Marketing Endeavors: Utilize existing customer base as a launch pad to reach more clients. Expand product lines to include precious metals, energy and the yuan in the portfolio. Upgrade the efficiency of DCC (Dual Currency Contract) trading. Strengthen on-the-job training of related personnel and expand the bank's exposure across asset classes.

  2. Proprietary Trading: Persist with construction of a relative value trading portfolio; expand exposure to basis trading and Asian currency trading.
